Norma May Christian, 92, of Gilbert, Arizona passed peacefully on December 7, 2025.
Born to Chet and Edith Barner, Norma grew up in a large and lively family and was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, Glenn D., Earl Dean, Marvin Lamoyne, June Laree, Myron, Pamela Jo and spouse Ron. She is survived by her brother Byron.
Norma was a devoted mother and is survived by her children – Mike, Ronnie, Greg, Zip, Deb and Randy, who will carry her strength and spirits in their heart. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren: Sierra, Kaila, Amanda, Teran, Tanner, Travis, Kim, Kelli, Rhyan, Erin and Kendall, each of whom brought her immeasurable pride and joy.
A dedicated and capable office manager throughout her career, Norma was known for her strong work ethic and her ability to keep everything- and everyone- on track. Her personality was unmistakeable: strong, independent, fiery and enjoyably sarcastic.
Norma leaves behind a legacy of resilience, love and unapologetic authenticity. She will be deeply missed by all those that knew and loved her.
