Blauvelt, 88 years old, of Springfield, Missouri left this life for his heavenly home on November 1, 2019, at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.  He was born August 26, 1931, in Thedford, Nebraska, to Forest and Ruth Blauvelt. He lived in Thedford throughout his childhood and most of his adult life.

Karl F. Marten was born May 2nd, 1943 to Herman (Fred) and Ruthanna (Johnson) Marten in Broken Bow, Nebraska.
